Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Digital Product Owner, where you'll lead the charge in optimizing digital platforms and capabilities within our marketing ecosystem. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader ready to drive innovation and deliver value through cutting-edge digital solutions. Responsibilities Develop and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, transforming it into a connected content engine. Implement modular content capabilities to support scalable activation and personalization across various channels. Lead the delivery of emerging digital marketing capabilities, including personalization, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, translating strategic priorities into actionable user stories and requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals. Champion a test-and-learn culture through A/B testing and iterative experimentation. Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or Technology. 5-8 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or digital marketing. Proficiency in DAM platforms and content workflows. Strong ability to write clear user stories with robust acceptance criteria. Expertise in analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. Experience with CMS platforms such as AEM and Sitecore. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with AI-driven tools or platforms. Proven track record in running A/B tests and developing experimentation plans. Comfort with data modeling, customer segmentation, or predictive analytics. Understanding of accessibility, SEO principles, and modern UX/UI frameworks. Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
