About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our Target sales team. This role serves as a critical partner to the sales team by providing business insights, operational support, financial tracking, and executional excellence that drive growth, profitability, and strong retailer relationships. Key Responsibilities Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly POS reporting. Prepare monthly Joint Business Plan (JBP) reporting and Target scorecards. Analyze business performance by category, class, and subclass. Track promotional events, markdowns, DWA activity, and out-of-aisle performance. Maintain item grids with current pricing, dimensions, case packs, and product attributes. Manage new item trackers, distribution reporting, and out-of-aisle tracking. Track vendor income programs, contract compliance, and monthly actuals. Investigate audits and chargebacks and coordinate supporting documentation. Lead coordination of Target sample requests and delivery timelines. Support sales leadership with reporting, analysis, and customer meeting preparation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of sales analysis, retail support, category management, or business analytics experience. Advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting Target, Walmart, or major retail accounts preferred
