CRM Data Specialist, UMKC CRM Operations University of Missouri - Kansas City - 4.1 Kansas City, MO Job Details Full-time $15.00 - $19.25 an hour 19 hours ago Benefits Paid parental leave Caregiver leave Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Happy hour Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Qualifications Stakeholder engagement High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Hiring Department CRM Operations Job Description The CRM Data Specialist in the CRM Operations Department is responsible for maintaining, validating, and transferring data between the CRM system (Slate) and other systems such as the SIS (PeopleSoft). The role focuses on accurate and timely loading of applicant data and decision history, resolving errors, creating and running queries, and ensuring the integrity of application data across systems. This position is also responsible for loading and monitoring data files from external vendors and providing technical and operational support to the admissions team. Daily work is highly detail-oriented and repetitive, requiring strong troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to data accuracy to prevent issues for students during the application and enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Maintenance and Validation Monitoring Processes Loading External Data to Slate Managing Data Feeds Admissions Procedure Knowledge Technical Skills Development Visiting Student Application Processing Internal Constituent Support Support the UMKC's Office of Admissions recruitment efforts Serve up to four primary shifts per month at the front desk, assisting with applicant inquiries and directing students as needed. Maintain regular in-office hours to support the public-facing role of the Office of Admissions. Provide support to the Office of Admissions and Orientation for events as needed
Professional Representation:
This position requires a proactive approach to data management, technical proficiency, and the ability to effectively support internal stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred 2 years of CRM Data Managements experience preferred. Experience in Higher Education preferred Anticipated Hiring Range The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $15.00 - $19.25 per hour. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
