You will play a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Brief Summary of Duties:

Build and improve sales workflows to increase efficiency of sales team. Review CRM usage and implement strategies to improve usage and provide clean, organized and usable data, while providing additional insight to sales and management Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance, pipeline health, and key sales metrics. Work with sales leadership to build accurate sales forecasts Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success to keep data aligned and support shared goals Act as a central point of contact for operational questions and sales process improvements. Assist sales and management in account reviews to identify new opportunities. Experience and/or Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields ; or 3+ years in sales / sales operations High School Diploma or GED Proficient in using tools like Dynamics 365 CRM, Excel, and BI platforms to gather and organize data Able to manage tool setup, troubleshoot issues, and train others to use them effectively Proven track record of verifying report/data accuracy. Experience and/or Education Preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and communicating through email Previous employment in Sales or Sales Operations Necessary Personal Skills to Interact with
