The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing programs across Edward Jones' owned digital channels, including EdwardJones.com and related digital experiences. This role leads external agencies and cross-functional partners to deliver personalized, discoverable, and measurable marketing experiences that drive business outcomes for prospects, clients, branches, and the firm.
What You Will Do:
a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Lead digital channel marketing across EdwardJones.com and other owned channels, delivering campaigns, content, personalized experiences, and advisor enablement solutions that support business growth and client engagement. Develop and execute personalization strategies using audience segmentation, behavioral insights, AI, and predictive analytics to enhance customer journeys and lifecycle experiences. Drive website discoverability and digital growth through SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies, improving organic visibility, AI-powered search performance, and customer acquisition opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams, including MarTech, analytics, brand, content, design, product, compliance, and field stakeholders, to optimize digital experiences and align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Oversee agency and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality execution, innovation, and measurable results while managing timelines, budgets, and brand standards. Establish and maintain channel marketing governance, operational processes, compliance standards, and performance measurement frameworks to ensure efficient and effective delivery. Lead the development of channel-specific content, customer experiences, sales collateral, and advisor enablement materials that support enterprise marketing strategies and business priorities. Leverage analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and attribution insights to measure performance, optimize ROI, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across digital channels. This position is known internally as Lead - Channel Marketing.
What Experience You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 8+ years leading and holding external agencies accountable for Marketing results—preferably within regulated financial services, banking, insurance, or WM. Proven ability to successfully manage large budgets and deliver measurable business results. Strong familiarity with Marketing agency ways of working, and proven ability to hold the agency accountable for providing the "A" team on our account. Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and personalization platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Deep experience building and executing personalization strategies on large-scale digital experiences that span multiple channels and touchpoints. Experience leveraging audience segmentation to deliver personalized omnichannel journeys. Proven track record of using personalization to improve digital experience performance and its downstream impact on revenue. Strong knowledge of attribution, and performance measurement best practices. •Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
