Job Description
The University of Mount Olive has an immediate opening for an Enrollment Information CRM Administrator.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
CRM Administration Lead Slate CRM administration, collaborating with other institutional stakeholders,e.g., Admissions, Advising, Registrar, Business Office, Financial Aid, Institutional Research, and Information Technology, to effectivelyuse the system to meet enrollment, student success, and retention goals. Build and maintain system configurations, integrations,communications, forms, queries, reports, workflows, and portals, aligning system capabilities with institutional objectives. Analyze complex business problems and design, implement, and support solutions that ensure user needs are addressed comprehensively andeffectively. Manage user access and CRM user permissions, granting access to the system and individual items based oninstitutional role, custom permissions, realms, and populations. Assist users as needed, resolving technical issues and providingeducation regarding the development and deployment of queries, communications, and event/interview processes, campaigns, andmessaging. Monitor and ensure data accuracy and integrity for system use as well as institutional policy, accreditation andregulatory compliance. Report information for local, state, and federal reporting as necessary in consultation with relevantoffices and Institutional Planning and Support. Plan and coordinate all activities tied to the CRM and related business systems,working with other institutional offices and/or external vendors to manage activities such as implementation, enhancements, integration andmaintenance. Training and Documentation Maintain competency in enrollment, financial aid, academic, and recordkeeping policies,procedures, and best practices. Create and deliver user training and develop assessments toensure consistent use of tools. Work with departmental leadership to verify staff data entry precision and overcome userchallenges. Participate in and/or lead training for new and/or experienced users when necessary and communicate system changes,upgrades, or clarifications. Fully document system configurations, permissions, integrations, and specific information related toongoing support and maintenance of the system. Administrative Plan and oversee departmental budget. Act as a liaisonbetween partnership agencies and the institution. Participate in University department meetings and training as appropriate. Maintain effective communication with community members, organizations, faculty, staff, and students. Assist inlong-range planning efforts and in the creation and completion of annual goals. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor asrequired to meet the needs and growth of the position. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreerequired, Advanced degree preferred. Must have three years of Slate CRM as well as three years of professional experience working withhigher education. To Apply:
