Job Description

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Consultant to support enterprise application initiatives in Cincinnati, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position focuses on enhancing, configuring, and integrating business systems to meet operational needs while partnering with stakeholders across technical and functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in solution design, development, and documentation within complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and support ERP/CRM solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder input into clear business and technical documentation for project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain client-side scripts, application customizations, and system enhancements to improve platform functionality.
  • Build and support APIs and integrations that enable reliable data exchange across enterprise applications.
  • Manage configuration activities across environments to promote consistency, stability, and controlled releases.
  • Collaborate with business partners, analysts, and developers to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Participate in application improvements, upgrades, and related technical changes as part of ongoing platform support.
  • Ensure delivered solutions follow established standards for quality, performance, and maintainability.
