RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a CRM Analyst.Job Summary:
The CRM Analyst will play a key role in building our internal digital marketing data infrastructure. This individual will be integral in managing our procedures, schemas, documentation and pipelines to ensure reporting is timely and accurate. This role will be support and more training/learning focused. The CRM Analyst will need to be a thought leader in this space and look for ways to optimize and improve existing processes. This role influences various web and marketing decisions. They will indirectly influence millions in marketing and capital project investments. This role has no supervisory responsibilities.Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain current data infrastructure: 40%
- Develop new data infrastructure/custom dimensions/calculated metrics: 60%
Travel Requirements:
0%REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative or computer science field
- At least 1 year of experience in a related role
- Data engineering and architecture in a large warehouse environment
- Strong PC Skills (MS Office)
- Experience in architecting and managing a data warehouse
- Familiarity with setting up and scheduling procedures
- Familiarity with Google Analytics/Meta Ads/Google Ads/Microsoft Ads data
- Familiarity with reservation data (optional)
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Basic Python knowledge
- Significant experience with data warehouses - Snowflake, BigQuery
- Self-starter and good at time management The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
