Job Description

Our client is seeking a CRM Integration Specialist - Part time to join their team. As a CRM Integration Specialist - Part time, you will be part of the Office of Business & Entrepreneurship supporting the development and management of critical business operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Review and analyse the current Zoho product suite implementation to identify areas for improvement.
+ Develop and execute action plans to update, test, and implement system enhancements. + Collaborate with leadership to document processes, procedures, and system configurations. + Ensure all solutions adhere to Zoho standards and support enterprise-level support. + Work approximately 20 hours per week over a 6-month period, aligning with normal business hours.
  • What's Needed?
  • + Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ At least 3 years of experience with Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules. + Proficiency in designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations using Deluge scripting language. + Experience with JavaScript for customizing Zoho applications. + Ability to build and manage XML files based on defined standards.
