CRM / Lead Coordinator Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time role Comprehensive training provided; no prior experience required Hybrid/remote work flexibility available after initial 60-90 day on-site training Supportive team culture focused on service and professional development CRM / Lead Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications Strong computer skills, including CRM systems and basic data entry Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Highly organized and attentive to detail Comfortable engaging with families in a service-oriented setting CRM / Lead Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage and update the CRM system accurately and efficiently Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and web inquiries Schedule and coordinate tours for prospective residents and families Conduct consistent follow-ups before and after tours to support enrollment Track lead activity, status, and communications for optimal conversion Collaborate closely with on-site staff to ensure smooth move-in experiences Communicate with empathy and professionalism at every touchpoint
