The Specialist will be the key catalyst in the region to facilitate the input, tracking, and management of business prospects, leads, contacts, and opportunities within the CRM to effectively measure sales pipeline. The role is also responsible for supporting the CRM-related needs of cross-functional teams, especially Sales and Marketing, by enabling effective use of CRM data, tools, and workflows to drive collaboration and performance across the organization. And for representing the regional needs to the global team responsible for enterprise-wide platform management. To succeed in this role, you will be highly driven to: Experience managing processes and functionality within MS Dynamics At least 5 years of experience involving CRM management in a B2B environment Experience establishing user training programs Strong understanding of CRM security, user administration, and data governance Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical users and gather requirements from stakeholders Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills History of maintaining effective professional relationships with sales and marketing stakeholders Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience process design and project management is a plus Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy of assigned work and projects Proven time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple demands, manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines Travel up to 10% Experience with integrating MS Dynamics with external systems using APIs, middleware, or others Working knowledge of MS Dynamics Marketing a plus Skills and experience to thrive in this role: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Compensation:

HARTING's Total Compensation Structure includes a Base Salary and Bonus Percentage.

Competitive base salary:

$70,000

• $100,000 (commensurate with experience, subject to change dependent on physical location).

This role is eligible for a 10% discretionary annual bonus.
