CRM & Marketing Automation Coordinator Radiance Medical Spa | Coralville, IA Part-Time | 14-28 hours/week Help Build the Future of Patient Care Radiance Medical Spa is looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy CRM & Marketing Automation Coordinator to own our patient communication systems and marketing automation. This is not an administrative assistant position. We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and making technology work seamlessly behind the scenes. You'll manage the patient journey from the moment a lead comes in through long-term follow-up, ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience. What You'll Do Manage and optimize our Go High Level CRM Build and maintain automated patient workflows, campaigns, and nurture sequences Monitor lead pipelines and ensure every inquiry receives timely follow-up Create and improve landing pages, forms, surveys, calendars, and automations Coordinate patient communications through email, text messaging, and phone Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting Support new program launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns Work closely with our physician owner, nursing staff, and marketing partners Assist with special projects that improve operational efficiency Required Qualifications Experience using Go High Level (HighLevel) is strongly preferred Experience managing CRM platforms and marketing automation Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written communication Comfortable learning new software quickly Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through Able to manage multiple priorities independently Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following: Facebook Lead Ads Meta Business Suite Email marketing platforms Landing page builders AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) Canva Zapier or workflow integrations Medical spa, healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics experience Who You Are You love creating systems that make businesses run better.
