Job Description
CRM & Social Media Specialist (Part-Time / Contract) About the Opportunity This is a local job posting. Virtual employment is not possible for our needs. You must be able to be at this facility. You can work from home for some of the social media applications. Our growing medical clinic is looking for an experienced CRM specialist to help us optimize and expand the capabilities of our current CRM system. While we already have a CRM in place, we are only using a small portion of its features and would like to implement more automation, improve patient communication, and better integrate it with our marketing efforts. Our team has limited CRM experience, so we're looking for someone who can guide the setup, provide recommendations, and create efficient workflows that will save time and improve our processes. Responsibilities Evaluate and optimize our existing CRM system. Set up automation, workflows, and patient communication tools. Integrate CRM functionality with our social media and marketing efforts. Help develop strategies for using CRM to support patient engagement and lead nurturing. Provide guidance and basic training for our staff as needed. Position Details Part-time contract position. More hours will be needed during the initial setup, with fewer hours as automation is established. Flexible schedule. Compensation We are open to discussing compensation, including the possibility of trading services for products and treatments offered by our clinic.
