Job Description

This position is $20.00 per hour plus commission Primary Duties & Responsibilities
    Drive Revenue Growth:
    Promote and sell BBB marketing solutions and co-marketing opportunities—including Enhanced Listings, digital advertising, and emerging programs—to Accredited Businesses (ABs) to increase visibility and ROI.
      Consultative Selling:
      Identify and assess each Accredited Business's marketing goals, challenges, and target audience to recommend tailored solutions that align with their growth objectives.
        Account Management & Optimization:
        Maintain and enhance BBB business profiles by updating descriptions, images, videos, and key content to maximize online presence and conversion potential.
          Pipeline & Activity Management:
          Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals (calls, presentations, and closes) while maintaining a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
            Client Communication:
            Proactively engage Accredited Businesses through phone, email, and virtual/in-person meetings to educate them on BBB marketing opportunities and drive participation.
              Contract Execution & Compliance:
              Prepare accurate agreements for all transactions, ensuring proper BBB language, terms, and documentation standards are met.
                Revenue Collection & Processing:
                Close sales efficiently by securing payment prior to campaign launch and collaborating with the finance team.
                  Campaign Coordination:
                  Collect, review, and submit all final creative assets to ensure campaigns launch smoothly.
                    CRM & Documentation:
                    Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
                      Retention & Renewals:
                      Monitor client performance and satisfaction to support renewals, upsells, and long-term engagement.
                        Reporting & Forecasting:
                        Generate and analyze monthly sales reports and track performance against goals. Experience, Skills & Abilities
                        • 3+ years of proven success in sales, preferably in advertising or digital marketing.
                        • Experience with Google Ads or similar digital platforms preferred.
                        • Strong consultative selling and problem-solving skills.
                        • Ability to make 25+ outbound calls per day.
                        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
                        • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
                        • Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
                        • Adaptable and willing to learn new tools and strategies.
                        • Detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation and CRM.
                        • Self-motivated and accountable performer.
                        • Ability to travel locally for meetings and events.
