A Sampling of What You'll Do Perform website testing using multiple browsers and devices Assist in producing digital versions of our print catalog Use the website's API client to resolve customer and data issues Collaborate with web merchandisers, SEO specialists, marketing experts, and developers to identify and implement website enhancements Develop test cases for automated testing tools Coordinate testing resources Work with Marketing and Digital professionals to improve our customers' online experience Who We're Looking For Associates degree in Computer Science, one year of IT or e-commerce operations experience, or equivalent experience Experience with SEO, HTML, test case development, and preferred, but will train the right person Ability to communicate effectively, exhibit sound judgment, and deal constructively with staff and leadership
