Number of Interviews (recommend minimizing as much as possible): Role Overview The HCP Portal Analyst drives the day-to-day delivery of content, testing, compliance tracking, and analytics that keep AbbVie's HCP-facing digital platforms running with quality and precision. Success means translating patient and provider insights into compliant portal experiences that support the patient journey across AbbVie's brand portfolio. [hr align="center" size="0" width="100%"] Key Responsibilities Platform & Analytics

  • Pull and interpret site analytics to surface insights that inform portal enhancements and roadmap decisions
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing Analytics, and BTS teams to gather cross-functional input
  • Apply innovative thinking to the use of new technologies within a regulated promotional environment Content Development & Design
  • Collaborate on content development for HCP portal pages
  • helping shape brand and access messaging into clear, compliant copy and visuals.
  • Work through development process to determine requirements and apply into visual design, working with agency and BTS teams by creating and designing copy and visuals for websites and communications. Governance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across Marketing, Brand, Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and ProMo
  • Support MRL (Medical, Regulatory, Legal) submissions for portal releases and track document expirations to ensure timely renewals
  • Support new product launches at the tactical execution level, ensuring portal readiness from day one Quality & Release Management
  • Create and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for all portal releases to ensure quality and predictability
  • Document learnings from each release cycle and apply them to continuously improve the development process Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience in pharma, healthcare, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of the specialty prescription landscape and HCP-facing digital platforms
  • Strong analytical skills
  • comfortable interpreting web analytics and translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; ability to distill complex information into clear messaging
  • High attention to detail with strong planning, organization, and follow-through
  • Proven ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization
  • Experience navigating regulated promotional review processes (MRL/ProMo) a plus
