Position Objective:

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to conduct high-level market research and competitive analysis within the Florida healthcare sector. The primary objective is to engage with medical practices to identify referral patterns and external provider preferences, providing our executive team with critical data to assess market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Intelligence:

Execute professional inquiries to medical offices to determine their primary referral partners for specialized referred care.

Persona Fidelity:

Maintain a consistent, professional persona to ensure the gathering of unbiased, authentic market data.

Data Analysis & Logging:

Accurately document referral destinations and the qualitative reasons provided by the staff for those choices.

Performance Reporting:

Provide weekly summaries of findings to the B2B Sales and Marketing team.

Qualifications:

Professional Communication:

Ability to navigate complex front-office protocols and interact confidently with medical administrative staff.

Analytical Mindset:

Capacity to identify and report subtle trends in referral behavior.

Technical Proficiency:

Must be comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce) and digital communication platforms.
