Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and entertainment industry, is seeking a passionate and skilled Marketing Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will support the Publishing Department, helping to refine marketing strategies and improve data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of video game marketing, and a collaborative spirit that aligns with the company's innovative culture.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Create comprehensive analytics reports to support marketing initiatives and track player engagement patterns.
+ Identify discrepancies across multiple data sources, troubleshoot inaccuracies, and uncover meaningful trends. + Collaborate with teams to generate insights and optimize marketing strategies based on data analysis. + Own and manage the Gamesight attribution platform, tailoring it to meet organizational needs. + Integrate data from Level Up and Google Analytics for cohesive reporting and strategic planning.
  • What's Needed?
  • + 1-3 years of experience in online marketing, web analytics, or research roles.
+ Knowledge of video game marketing and familiarity with game development processes. + Proficiency in creating engaging data visualizations that tell compelling stories about player behavior. + Experience with online direct marketing or media performance analysis. + Familiarity with tools like Gamesight, Level Up, and Google Analytics; coding skills in R, SQL, or Python are a plus.
