Job Description

Job Title:
Product Compliance Project Manager (Manufacturing/Engineering)
Location:
Roseau, MN or Wyoming, MN (Hybrid)
Summary:
Seeking a Product Compliance Project Manager to support product certification activities, monitor global regulatory requirements, and coordinate compliance initiatives within a manufacturing and engineering environment. This role involves working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards and certification requirements. The position also supports compliance process development, regulatory reporting, and certification maintenance for vehicle-based products.

Required /
Mandatory Skills:
Automotive compliance or vehicle certification experience Project management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment Knowledge of product compliance regulations and certification processes Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage compliance projects Strong research, communication, and organizational skills Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and take direction effectively Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies or certification authorities
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Prior experience in product compliance and/or vehicle certification preferred PMP certification is a plus Powersports compliance certification or related industry experience is a plus Understanding of vehicle systems preferred High ethical standards and strong analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited travel (up to 10%)
