Job Summary We are seeking a Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Charlotte, NC, focused on product innovation, market intelligence, and brand strategy within high-growth alternative wellness and regulated consumer product categories. Key Responsibilities Research and identify new product opportunities within kratom, kava, cannabis-adjacent, and alternative wellness markets. Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, consumer behavior, and market data to support product development decisions. Evaluate the existing product portfolio to improve growth, positioning, profitability, and market relevance. Build business cases and present product recommendations to executive leadership. Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to move products from concept through launch. Support branding, packaging, go-to-market planning, and performance tracking using Excel, analytics tools, SEO insights, and market research. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.
