Hybrid (3x a week onsite)

Responsibilities:

Authoring, QA testing, and publishing digital content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Analyzing optimization and campaign results using Adobe Analytics Conducting content audits to ensure alignment and compliance Collaborating with UX, Digital, Marketing, and business teams Managing digital content calendars and ensuring deadlines are met Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Web Content Strategy or related fields Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics Strong knowledge of SEO strategy and CMS platforms Understanding of UX best practices and Information Architecture Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus

Desired Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript knowledge Experience with Adobe Target and Google Analytics Experience working within a Corporate and/or Financial Services environment Familiarity with Compliance standards and Brand Governance
