The Opportunity:
Join a growing organization in the hospitals and health care industry dedicated to creating exceptional patient experiences across an expanding network of locations. As a CRM Campaign Specialist, you will own the end-to-end execution of email, SMS, and postal campaigns supporting newly acquired and greenfield offices. This hybrid opportunity offers the chance to work at the intersection of marketing operations, growth, and patient engagement while partnering with cross-functional teams to help new locations launch successfully.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and deploy email, SMS, and postal campaigns for newly acquired offices, ensuring accurate targeting, brand-compliant creative, and timely delivery.
  • Build and launch communications for greenfield offices to establish meaningful connections with new patient populations.
  • Evaluate audience list size, quality, and composition to inform launch strategies, channel selection, and messaging.
  • Monitor early campaign performance, identify delivery issues, engagement concerns, and data anomalies, and take corrective action.
  • Partner with integrations and cross-functional teams to coordinate communication go-lives and resolve launch issues.
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for business partners, communicating timelines, deliverables, campaign status, and updates.
  • Contribute to improvements in campaign templates, content, and design while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of campaign setups, launch timelines, performance results, and recurring issues to support continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or multi-channel campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience setting up and deploying campaigns end to end.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, or comparable email and SMS marketing platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to identify errors before deployment.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns across different locations or markets.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify issues.
  • Experience evaluating audience lists and understanding how list characteristics influence campaign strategy.
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage competing priorities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with direct mail or postal campaign logistics.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in hospitals and health care, multi-location retail, or another regulated and operationally complex environment.
  • Knowledge of automated campaign monitoring, audience segmentation, and multi-channel patient communications.
  • Experience partnering with integrations, implementation, or operations teams during location launches.
  • Understanding of campaign template optimization, content development, and continuous process improvement.
