This role is for someone who understands how marketing works, can interpret what the data is saying, and confidently recommend what to do next. You will sit between the Growth and Data teams—working closely with both—ensuring insights are accurate, actionable, and actually used. This is not a reporting role, but rather an insight and decision-making role, requiring strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to connect data to real business decisions. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how marketing decisions are made—ensuring performance, insights, and strategy are tightly connected. Own weekly and monthly reporting across digital platforms (e.g., AlphaRank, HubSpot, campaign tools); Translate performance into clear insights: what's working, what's not, and where to adjust; Track campaign performance across channels, funnels, and conversions; Turn data into clear, actionable direction by explaining what is happening, why it is happening, and what should be done next; Support and analyze A/B testing across campaigns, emails, and landing pages; Identify opportunities to improve performance and measure results; Conduct research to inform campaign strategy and positioning; Analyze competitor activity and audience trends; Combine research with performance data to guide decisions; Partner with the Data team to ensure alignment with data sources and reporting standards; Translate technical outputs into clear, usable insights for Growth and leadership; Support making data outputs more business-friendly and actionable; Provide occasional support building emails or landing pages when speed or capacity requires it, without shifting focus away from insight and decision support Serve as a backup for any and all other functions in Growth Department; Presents a helpful and positive attitude, focusing on solutions and promoting a collaborative environment at all times; Practices and brings to life with the team our "Yes And… culture; Comply with established regulations and law requirements; Perform various other duties as assigned. Required Experience Minimum of two (2) years' experience in analytics or related field; financial institution experience a plus Skills, Education and/or Certifications Required Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and drive results with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to results; Expert knowledge of Excel including Pivot tables, Lookup, and other data management functions. Advanced skills with both PowerPoint and Word; experience with PowerBI is a plus; Exceptional analytical skills and ability to communicate findings to a non-technical audience; Project management experience, including task and timeline development; Ability to work with cross functional teams, collaborate, and drive accountability; Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment; Requires an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who is able to work independently; Strong processing, analytical and problem solving skills; Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities; Strong listening and communication skills; Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality; Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to member satisfaction; Required to handle all member information in a confidential manner.
