Description Associate Financial Systems Analyst About the Role We are seeking an Associate Financial Systems Analyst to support the day-to-day administration and operation of enterprise financial and business applications. This role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to provide functional application support, user administration, troubleshooting, reporting assistance, data maintenance, and system configuration. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career detail oriented who wants to build expertise in enterprise financial systems, ERP applications, reporting, and business process improvement within a rapidly growing organization. Key Responsibilities Financial Application Support Provide functional and technical support for enterprise financial applications, including Deltek Vantagepoint, HighRadius, SAP Concur, ADP Workforce Now, and related systems. Troubleshoot system errors, assist users with application issues, resolve routine requests, and escalate complex problems when appropriate. Support Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HR, and Operations users with day-to-day application needs. User & Security Administration Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and security roles. Maintain application permissions in accordance with company policies. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities related to financial systems. Data Management & Reporting Perform data maintenance, imports, exports, and data validation. Support financial and operational reporting requests. Assist with data reconciliation and help maintain data integrity across integrated systems. System Configuration & Maintenance Assist with application configuration, including workflows, lookup tables, user settings, and security structures. Participate in system testing, upgrades, patches, and new functionality deployments. Maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides. Identify opportunities to improve business processes, automate manual work, and enhance system functionality. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to ensure reliable application support. Coordinate with software vendors on support tickets and issue resolution. Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and the integration of newly acquired companies and systems. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience supporting enterprise business or financial systems. Experience supporting an ERP, HRIS, expense management platform, or similar enterprise application. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. This position is not eligible for visa must be eligible to work in the U.S. now or in the future. Preferred Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
