Job Description
Job Description PepsiCo's NextGen Direct to Consumer (DTC) team is looking for a Senior Digital Analytics Analyst with deep Google Analytics (GA4) expertise to support marketing, media, and growth analytics. This role is a hands on individual contributor focused purely on analysis, measurement, validation, and insights—no product engineering or application coding. The ideal candidate is an expert in GA4 implementation, event tracking, tag validation, and campaign measurement, with strong SQL skills and experience analyzing DTC marketing performance across multiple data sources. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- 5-7 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or web analytics.
- Deep expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - required.
- Strong experience with Google Tag Manager, including event setup and debugging.
- Solid SQL skills (intermediate level) for analysis and data validation.
- Proven experience analyzing DTC (Direct to Consumer) digital experiences (not B2B).
- Strong understanding of: o Digital marketing campaigns o Media tagging (gtags), CTA tracking, and conversion measurement o User behavior and funnel analysis
- Experience working purely in analytics and analysis roles (no product or application development).
Desired / Bonus
Skills- Mobile analytics experience (apps and/or mobile web).
- Familiarity with Appsflyer and/or Adjust.
- Experience building or consuming dashboards in Power BI.
- Exposure to CDP driven analytics and identity based measurement.
