wearetribu.com About the Role We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist who can step in and run full-funnel, performance-driven campaigns across paid media, SEO, and lifecycle marketing for multiple clients. You're someone who lives at the intersection of strategy, data, and experimentation, and can turn insights into measurable growth. In this role, you'll plan, launch, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns across key performance channels. Your focus will be on conversion strategy, funnel development, paid media, and data-driven decision making. If you get excited about improving CAC, CTR, CVR, and ROI, you'll thrive here. What You'll Do Develop and execute full-funnel digital strategies for multiple partners across diverse industries Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms Build and refine audiences, targeting, funnels, and conversion paths Write and optimize performance-focused ad copy, landing pages, and nurture flows Apply foundational SEO knowledge to support content performance and overall digital strategy Analyze campaign data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations Collaborate with designers, writers, and account managers to deliver cohesive, results-driven work Stay current on platform changes, algorithm updates, and digital trends Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve ROI across every channel What You Bring 2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency experience strongly preferred) Proven success managing full funnel campaigns with quantifiable results Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.) Ability to switch between industries and adapt quickly Excellent communication skills, especially when breaking down performance data A curiosity-driven mindset, love for experimentation, and hunger for growth High ownership, accountability, and comfort managing multiple partners Bonus Points For Experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo, or lifecycle automation tools SEO or CRO experience Familiarity with Asana, or similar reporting tools A strong sense of visual/brand quality (not required, but appreciated) What It's Like to Work at Tribu We're a tribe, not a corporation.
