Advanced Management Strategies Group (AMSG) is seeking a Contract Support and Market Research Analyst to support a prospective effort with the Global Positioning Network (GPN) Program Office (PO). Position Summary Provide market research, agreement-portfolio tracking, and acquisition-package administrative support for commercial logistics capabilities and external partner requirements. Key Responsibilities Research commercial logistics capabilities, emerging transportation platforms, and potential commercial partners. Develop market-research reports and analytical products addressing network gaps and capability options. Track and coordinate memoranda of agreement, memoranda of understanding, support agreements, and related records. Draft and compile acquisition-package materials, statements of work, requirements descriptions, and supporting spreadsheets. Maintain a strictly advisory role; route all products for complete Government review, modification, and approval. Required Qualifications Experience in federal acquisition support, market research, requirements development, agreement management, or contract administration. Strong research, writing, document-control, Excel, and analytical skills. Understanding of contractor advisory boundaries and non-inherently governmental support. Active Secret clearance and eligibility for a DoD CAC. Preferred Qualifications Experience with DoD logistics or transportation market research. Familiarity with FAR-based acquisition packages and international or Joint support agreements. Work Conditions Work may be performed on-site at the Pentagon or Quantico, Virginia, or at a contractor facility, as designated by the Government. Government business hours are generally 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday; the workday must support Government business hours. Some positions may require CONUS and OCONUS travel. Employment is contingent upon contract award, position availability, verification of qualifications, and satisfaction of security and onboarding requirements.
