This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, hybrid position, scheduled to work Monday through Friday with core hours between 8:00AM
  • 5:00PM.
The majority of the work is remote but will work onsite as needed by the department. Be part of something remarkable Serve as the lead for UW Health's primary digital channels. We are seeking a Digital Experience Strategist to: Lead the day-to-day execution, optimization and ongoing stewardship of site structure, navigation and end-to-end user journeys to ensure high-quality experiences across channels. Apply analytics, audience insights and user experience best practices to inform recommendations and guide execution, while ensuring alignment with WCAG accessibility standards, brand guidelines and enterprise digital standards. Lead and optimize the organization's primary digital experiences
  • including websites, navigation and end-to-end user journeys
  • using analytics, UX best practices and audience insights to improve engagement, reduce friction and support enterprise goals Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, IS, operations, clinical teams and HR to translate digital strategy into execution, influence priorities and deliver high-quality, accessible and brand-aligned digital experiences Drive continuous improvement through governance, SEO/AEO/GEO optimization, experimentation and workflow innovation•including AI-enable publishing processes, A/B testing and digital standards stewardship•while mentoring junior team members and promoting operational excellence At UW Health, you will have: An excellent benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, two-week paid parental leave and adoption assistance.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Digital marketing, communication, computer science or related field.
