UDRis seeking qualified candidates for a CRM Application Analyst opportunity in Charleston,West Virginia Description Key Responsibilities
System Configuration:
Set up and optimize CRM tools, workflows, and automated tasks.
Data Analysis:
Build custom reports and dashboards to track sales, customer retention, and trends.
Requirements Gathering:
Talk with company teams to find out what features they need in the software.
User Support:
Troubleshoot system errors and train staff members on how to use the platform.
Data Hygiene:
Clean up bad data and make sure customer information stays accurate. Skills and Qualifications
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
2 to 4 years of hands-on work with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language for databases), data modeling, and reporting tools like Power BI.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills to explain technical ideas to non-technical business workers. CRM Application Analyst must have a minimum of three (3) years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development experience.
CRM Application Analyst must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in web development using ASP. Net, Visual Studio (version 2008 or higher), .NET Framework 2.0+, JavaScript and C#.
CRM Application Analyst must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience using ASP. Net MVC, WCF, jQuery and jQueryUL
CRM Application Analyst must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience using SQL Server.
CRM Application Analyst must have a minimum of two (2) years Data Design/Data Modeling experience
CRM Application Analyst must have a minimum of two (2) years ofAnalysis and Design experience.
CRM Application Analyst must have a minimum of one (I) year of experience with Microsoft SharePoint Services/Server and Team Foundation Server (TFS) for team collaboration.
CRM Application Analyst should have excellent communications skills (both verbal and written) to communicate with various stakeholders including, but not limited to, project managers, business analysts, database administrators and application analysts as well as business policy staff and workers.
