We are seeking a dedicated and personable Client Service Representative to join our thriving waxing and facial salon. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and seamless salon experience.Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently.
- Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Address client inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.
- Promote salon services and products to enhance client experience.
- Maintain organized client records and update information as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- Collaborate with salon staff to coordinate and prioritize daily operations.
- Handle client payments and manage cash register accurately.
- Resolve client concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional events.
- Be capable of selling memberships
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon/spa setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of salon services and products is a plus.
