Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of IPOs, Secondary Offerings, Private Placements, Mergers & Acquisitions and other related Capital Markets Distribution transactions Participate in deal origination initiatives by identifying potential issuers and preparing pitch presentations Conduct market intelligence, research and comparable company/ comparable transaction analysis to refine positioning and pricing strategy Liaise with clients and investors to work towards successful completion of transaction Assist in organization and coordination of roadshows and other relevant marketing activities Prepare marketing related materials, including teasers, term sheets, investors presentations for issuers and investors engagement Collaborate with the internal team to support pricing, bookbuilding and allocation process Prepare pitches to promote Capital Markets services Prepare/maintain documentation and compliance papers for internal committee approvals
Key Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy/Business/Finance or equivalent 1 - 2 years of experience in Banking, Corporate Finance advisory or Capital Markets, prior experience in distributions/fundraising in equity capital markets in Singapore is a plus Have a curious mind, be adaptable to changes and willingness to explore new ideas and methods Have a keen interest to expand personal network Self-motivated, responsible, meticulous, initiative and a good team player Strong financial and analytical ability Strong project management, multi-tasking and time management skills Mature and independent worker with strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging both clients and investors Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear and compelling investment narratives to investors, and todevelop rapport with clients through constant interaction Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word and Excel Good knowledge on usage of Bloomberg
