• Responsibilities
• + Assists marketing and business development staff with administrative and deadline-oriented proposal duties, while working in a team environment. + Assists with layout of company proposals, including typing and minor proofreading/editing. + Performs database maintenance, coordination of company mailings, and some graphics support. + Assists office administrative staff with miscellaneous tasks.
• Qualifications
• + High School Diploma or equivalent + Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or in related field + Excellent organizational skills + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. + Ability to multi-task and exercise good judgment. + Detail-oriented and professional.
