We are seeking a versatile, dependable, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Marketing Manager to join our team. This dual-impact role provides high-level administrative support to our leadership team while driving our brand's presence across our Scottsdale and Phoenix locations.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can seamlessly pivot from managing complex executive calendars to executing marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Executive Support:
Provide direct administrative assistance to leadership; manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and high-priority meeting coordination.Marketing & Communications:
Assist in developing marketing strategies, creating social media content, drafting internal newsletters, and ensuring brand consistency across all locations.Operational Liaison:
Serve as a communication bridge between Executives, HR, Operations, and Clinical Teams.Project Tracking:
Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day office logistics, maintain confidential records, and serve as the point of contact for vendors and visitors.Qualifications Experience:
2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role (Required).Industry:
Prior experience in healthcare or a multi-location business environment (Preferred).Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (Preferred).Software:
Strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically PowerPoint/Excel) and Google Workspace. Experience with Canva or social media management tools is a plus.Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to draft professional reports and creative marketing copy.Travel:
Ability to travel between our Scottsdale and Phoenix offices regularly.
