Job Description
Job Duties The Marketing Specialist - Order Processor will handle all intake and output within the marketing department for Fidelity National Title. This role requires a highly detail-oriented, strong communicator with a task driven mentality. The ideal candidate will manage and process marketing requests efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless order fulfillment process from start to finish. This role serves as the primary point of contact between our Sales Team, Marketing Director, clients, and vendors and will be responsible for facilitating clear and effective communication, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed to execute each order efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities
- Support sales efforts through execution of marketing orders from sales, the marketing director, or clients of Fidelity National Title.
- Receive and process marketing orders from various channels, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
- Enter order details into the order management system and verify data for accuracy.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders.
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide updates on order status.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to order intake promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders and update the database as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and product information for order fulfillment.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
- Daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities, primarily managing the departments email inbox to facilitate organizing tasks and sending to the appropriate parties.
- Communicate directly with clients (internal & external) in a professional manner and encourage trusting relationships.
- Support and train sales executives on how to effectively use the marketing resources.
- Create forms and landing pages to support acquisition and engagement marketing programs.
