Marketing Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking a creative and reliable Part-Time Marketing Manager to support our growing property management company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, branding, and local marketing while working on a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities Create and manage Instagram posts and stories to promote listings, company updates, and brand awareness Design real estate flyers and marketing materials for available properties and promotions Assist with local marketing efforts, including community outreach and brand visibility Help develop and execute branding strategies across digital and print platforms Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas for social media and marketing campaigns Utilize basic AI tools to streamline content creation and marketing efforts Maintain consistency in company messaging, tone, and visual branding Requirements Experience in marketing, social media, or content creation preferred Real estate or property management experience is a plus, but not required Strong creativity with an eye for design and branding Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Canva, or similar tools Comfortable using or learning basic AI tools for marketing Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently What We Offer Flexible part-time hours Opportunity to grow with a local, expanding company Creative freedom to shape marketing and branding Supportive and team-oriented environment
