We are rapidly expanding and looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team effective immediately! The Marketing Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring POS materials are received, inventoried, organized, and staged for deliveries to support our sales and supplier partners. The ideal candidate is an independent worker who can maintain high standards of quality and organization without close supervision.

What you'll do: Receive POS shipments, verify their accuracy, place them in proper locations, and update quantities in VIP accordingly. Investigate and report inventory variances, damaged materials, and low stock levels. Prepare, label, and stage POS for retail delivery, supplier will-calls, and internal transfers. Assign and maintain pick locations for all POS inventory. Maintain a clean and organized POS Cage. Safely operate assigned PIT equipment. Stock and maintain company coolers with approved samples. Assist in setting up sales meetings, supplier events, and company programs. Other related duties as assigned. What you'll bring: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in warehouse, merchandising, and inventory is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds constantly. Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, squat, twist, and reach constantly. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm (8-hour shift).

Pay :

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
