is a leading women's special occasion fashion company based in Los Angeles, home to internationally recognized brands including Ladivine , Andrea & Leo Couture , and AMORIS . Our collections are carried by premier boutiques and department stores across the United States and internationally. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, digital marketing, content creation, and brand development while supporting multiple fashion brands across both retail and wholesale channels. Position Overview The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives for Ladivine, Andrea & Leo Couture, and AMORIS . This role includes digital marketing, social media management, content creation, wholesale marketing support, trade show preparation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to help grow multiple fashion brands in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Support Assist in planning and executing seasonal marketing campaigns for Ladivine, Andrea & Leo Couture, and AMORIS. Coordinate and schedule social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and other platforms. Assist with content creation, including photography, short-form videos, captions, and campaign assets. Coordinate photoshoots, influencer partnerships, and brand events. Prepare marketing materials including lookbooks, catalogs, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and promotional assets. Help maintain and update Shopify websites with new collections, banners, and marketing content. Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement, and marketing KPIs while preparing regular reports. Research fashion trends, competitors, influencers, and emerging marketing opportunities. Wholesale Marketing Support Maintain product listings, digital catalogs, and marketing assets on wholesale platforms including FashionGo, FAIRE, and JOOR . Support wholesale outreach by introducing new collections and marketing materials to prospective retail buyers through email and digital communication. Prepare line sheets, presentations, and sales support materials for wholesale accounts. Assist with trade show preparation, showroom merchandising, and post-show marketing follow-up. Maintain organized records of samples, catalogs, marketing assets, and promotional materials. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, Production, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful product launches. Assist with special marketing projects and other team initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of marketing experience (fashion industry preferred; internship experience accepted). Passion for women's fashion, branding, and digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred. Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar marketing platforms is a plus. Experience with FashionGo FAIRE, JOOR, or other B2B wholesale platforms is a plus. Basic photography, video editing, or graphic design skills are a plus.
