Job Overview Oracle Law Firm is seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, creative, organized, and eager to build a career in the field. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Writing, Journalism, or a related field, along with some marketing, communications, content, social media, or related experience . We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a genuine interest in marketing and enjoys coming up with creative ideas, creating content, learning new strategies, and finding ways to help a brand grow. This position is designed for someone who is early in their career and looking for an opportunity to learn, develop their skills, receive feedback, and take on increasing responsibility over time. You do not need to know everything on day one. We value curiosity, creativity, initiative, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Assist with the development and execution of the firm's marketing initiatives and campaigns. Create and coordinate marketing content for social media, websites, email, and other platforms. Help develop creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, community outreach, and brand awareness. Assist with social media management, content planning, and online engagement. Support search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing, and other online marketing efforts. Assist with monitoring and organizing marketing performance data and campaign results. Research marketing trends, competitors, audiences, and new opportunities. Help maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual presentation across marketing channels. Collaborate with leadership and other team members to develop and execute marketing projects. Assist with relationships involving vendors, community organizations, events, and other marketing partners. Help identify new ideas and opportunities to increase brand awareness and reach potential clients. Learn and apply new marketing tools, platforms, strategies, and best practices. Take direction and feedback positively and use it to improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing work. Take ownership of assigned projects and work toward becoming increasingly independent in the role. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Writing, Journalism, or a related field. Some experience in marketing, communications, social media, content creation, internships, school projects, or a related field. Demonstrated interest in building a career in marketing. Strong creative abilities and an ability to develop fresh ideas and compelling content. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable learning new technology, software, and marketing platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Positive attitude and willingness to receive feedback, learn, and develop professionally. Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative. Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of individual projects. Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus. Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, or other marketing platforms is a plus, butnot required. We are less concerned with having a long résumé and more interested in finding someone with potential. You may be a recent graduate, someone transitioning into marketing, or someone who has gained marketing experience through internships, school, freelance work, social media, content creation, or personal projects.
