Job Description
Create engaging written and visual content for email campaigns, social media, presentations, website content, and print collateral. Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels from concept through reporting. Manage the marketing content calendar and ensure all communications align with Revolution Foods' brand standards and messaging. Partner with Sales to develop campaigns and marketing materials that generate awareness, support business development, and drive customer engagement. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns. Support customer communications, product launches, and community engagement initiatives that strengthen relationships with schools and partners. Coordinate local events, customer visits, field trips, food truck activations, and other marketing experiences in partnership with the Customer Experience and Culinary teams. Monitor public RFP opportunities and assist with proposal content, presentations, and supporting marketing materials. Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Culinary, and Operations to execute strategic initiatives and ensure consistent messaging. Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, customer engagement, and brand awareness through creative thinking and innovation. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, content creation, or brand management. Demonstrated experience executing integrated marketing campaigns from planning through performance analysis and optimization. Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for storytelling. Experience creating engaging content across email, social media, web, presentations, and print. Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience with social media platforms, WordPress, Salesforce, email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, or similar technologies is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative, proactive mindset with the creativity to think outside the box and bring new ideas to life. Experience in the food, foodservice, consumer packaged goods (CPG), education, or other mission-driven industries is highly preferred. Willingness to travel locally to support customer events, community engagement activities, and field marketing initiatives.
