Exodos Enterprise is hiring a full-time Event Marketing Associate in Riverside to support community promotions for a nationally recognized telecommunications provider while building hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and sales. As an Event Marketing Associate, you'll help bring wireless campaigns directly into the community through promotional tables outside retail locations and at local events. You'll introduce smartphones, wireless plans, and current offers, create engaging customer conversations, and learn how strong event marketing can turn interest into sales. Responsibilities of the Event Marketing Associate Help set up and maintain organized, inviting promotional tables at community and retail-area events. Engage people passing by and introduce available wireless products, services, and promotions. Learn smartphones, mobile plans, device features, and current offers to support confident sales conversations. Ask questions about customer needs and turn their priorities into personalized sales recommendations. Collaborate with other Event Marketing Associate team members to maintain engaging event setups and support daily campaign goals. Demonstrate products and explain wireless options in a clear, approachable way. Build customer interest while supporting individual and team sales goals. Answer questions about products, pricing, plans, and promotions throughout the sales process. Guide interested customers through sales and enrollment with accuracy and professionalism. Continue developing as an Event Marketing Associate through product education, campaign feedback, and hands-on sales experience. Qualifications of the Event Marketing Associate Outgoing, personable, and comfortable starting conversations with new people. Strong communication skills and an interest in marketing and customer engagement. Events, hospitality, retail, customer service, marketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Interested in smartphones, wireless technology, and learning about new products and services. Positive, dependable, and comfortable working toward sales goals. Able to stay energetic and professional in active outdoor and community event environments. Enjoys working with a team and creating engaging experiences for customers.
