Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and organized Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Director with daily tasks across multiple clinics. This role is focused on execution, coordination, and administrative support to help keep marketing efforts running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assist the Marketing Director with day-to-day marketing tasks and requests Coordinate and schedule social media posts across clinic accounts Help gather content from providers and clinics for marketing use Monitor and respond to online reviews and messages as directed Organize and update marketing materials Support outreach efforts by preparing materials and tracking visits Assist with basic reporting and data entry for marketing performance Help coordinate small events, promotions, and in-clinic marketing needs Run errands or complete on-site support tasks when needed Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good communication and ability to follow direction Comfortable with social media platforms and basic computer tools Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently Dependable, proactive, and willing to assist where needed Preferred (Not Required) Prior administrative or assistant experience Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools Interest in marketing or healthcare What You'll Gain Hands-on experience supporting marketing operations Exposure to healthcare and multi-location business marketing Direct guidance from a Marketing Director Opportunity to grow into a larger role over time
