In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our marketing department. You will help execute marketing campaigns, create engaging digital content, manage social media schedules, and track campaign performance. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented individual looking to grow their career in marketing. Duties Assist in the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. Maintain marketing calendars, track project deadlines, and coordinate other departments for upcoming campaigns or events. Managing and scheduling content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Design basic visual graphics using Canva/Photoshop Schedule and publish daily content across social media platforms. Monitor channels, engage with followers, and flag customer inquiries. Organize digital assets (images, logos, videos), manage inventory for promotional materials, and communicate with external vendors (if necessary). Manage content updates on websites using WordPress and other content management systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Qualifications Language :
Bilingual in English and Vietnamese Experience managing social media platforms, developing digital content, or providing administrative and marketing support is a plus.
Content Tools:
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), or basic video editing apps (CapCut).
Social Platforms:
Hands-on experience managing and scheduling content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Strong skills in Google Workspace/MS Office Readiness to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced, trend-driven digital environment.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
