This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in commercial real estate marketing. The Marketing Assistant will collaborate with internal teams and regional offices to support marketing initiatives, maintain brand standards, and assist with leasing and corporate events across a national portfolio. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms Support the creation and updating of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and property-specific collateral Maintain and organize marketing assets, including property photos, templates, and brand materials Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to corporate brand standards Assist in planning and executing leasing and corporate events, including broker events and property activations Coordinate with external vendors (graphic designers, printers, photographers, etc.) to produce marketing deliverables Update website content, listings, and marketing databases to ensure accuracy and consistency Track marketing activity and assist in reporting performance metrics Provide general administrative and project coordination support to the marketing team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles encouraged) Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels Preferred Qualifications Interest in commercial real estate or property marketing Experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, or website content management platforms Exposure to event coordination or project management Additional Information This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and dynamic organization that values innovation, attention to detail, and professional growth.
