In this energetic role, you will support escrow officers to ensure smooth and timely closings, you will contact Real Estate Agents to cultivate relationships & generate new business. The Escrow Assistant will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to clients while maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the escrow process. Duties Initiate contact with Real Estate Agents, via phone calls, emails, in person to offer Escrow Services, set up appointments to meet with the Agents to development a rapport, work with the Agents to earn their business Assist escrow officers with preparing and reviewing escrow documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. Coordinate communication between lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate timely processing of transactions. Maintain detailed records of marketing contacts, escrow transactions, including inbound and outbound correspondence, and transaction logs.
