Job Description

Administrative Assistant - Product Marketing Los Angeles, CA | Contract-to-Hire (on-site) We're seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support a VP of Product Marketing in the beauty/consumer products space. This role supports daily operations, reporting, and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive support (calendar, meetings, communication) Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain documentation Create Excel reports and support data analysis/forecasting Assist with product marketing initiatives and cross-functional coordination Manage samples, supplies, and departmental organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
Preferred:
Beauty, cosmetics, or consumer products industry experience Strong analytical and reporting skills
