Compensation Range:
$30•35 per hour We are seeking a highly organized Theatrical Promotions & Partnership Manager to support the end-to-end execution of global, domestic, and international film promotions across TV, retail, digital, social, print, and field channels. In this role, you will manage partner timelines, track campaign deadlines, and review creative asset submissions. You will also coordinate feedback and secure approvals from internal stakeholders and senior leadership to traffic assets back to external partners efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end execution of theatrical film promotions with global, domestic and international partners across TV & broadcast, packaging, retail, digital, social, print, press, radio and field opportunities. Create and manage partner timelines and review schedules and track deadlines for campaigns from beginning to end. Review creative submissions from partners and international markets and acquire feedback/approvals from stakeholders and senior leadership to traffic back to external partners.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a studio marketing, promotions, or partnerships department; experience in advertising or promotion agencies with account management and/or sales. Experience in International Marketing, preferably Partnerships, is a must. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Keynote, Photoshop and/or other graphic design tools. Bachelor's Degree.
