Sales & Marketing Associate, Full-Time, $31.25 to $33.65 per hour, DOE Provide support to our sales and marketing team, and assist prospective residents throughout the inquiry, waitlist, and move-in process. Must be detail-oriented, responsive, and enjoy providing exceptional service in a welcoming, professional environment.
We require the following:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Have a professional presence and demeanor, with exceptional customer service skills Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through effectively Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM/database systems Able to handle confidential information with discretion A genuine interest in working with older adults and their families Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or a similar service-oriented environment is preferred. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. All applicants must be able to pass a Department of Justice security check and be able to read, write, and speak English.
