This role supports the firm's day-to-day marketing, design, and content needs — from social media and website updates to event coordination and brand-consistent materials. It's a great fit for a graphic-design-minded self-starter who enjoys variety and wants to grow their marketing career. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day marketing, social media, and website needs. Coordinate with our external marketing and SEO agency on content, revisions, and approvals. Assist with content/shoot days, including preparation, scheduling, and on-site coordination. Create and update company graphics and marketing materials. Assist with planning and coordinating firm events, holiday activities, staff initiatives, and other marketing-related activities. Help manage marketing calendars, deadlines, creative assets, and ongoing projects. Review marketing materials for accuracy, brand consistency, and overall quality. Qualifications Graphic design background or experience required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator, required; Photoshop is a plus. Portfolio or previous work samples strongly preferred. Strong visual sense and understanding of layout, typography, and branding. Strong communication skills and comfortable coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and vendors. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content practices. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Fast learner who is proactive, reliable, and able to take direction and feedback well.Compensation:
