ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Associate Marketing Manager of Women's Product Marketing, you will play a key role in leading the development, planning, and execution of seasonal marketing strategies. Reporting to the Manager of Product Marketing, you will help bring the Banana Republic brand and product campaigns to life across all consumer touchpoints. This pivotal role ensures the seasonal product assortment aligns seamlessly with our brand positioning. You will support initiatives that drive brand awareness, enhance product storytelling, and deepen the emotional connection consumers have with our brand.WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own women's marketing content strategy end to end through a deep understanding of the women's assortment, customer and brand positioning. Partner with Marketing leaders to help lead and influence the seasonal omni-channel marketing strategy; play a role in seasonal hindsighting and gather ongoing competitive insights to inform strategies and stay relevant. Assist with in-season performance and analytics reporting across digital channels as well as key event and seasonal hindsight reports. Develop seasonal marketing briefs that deliver thoughtful consumer insights, product details, and zeitgeist trends. Assist in development of the seasonal omni product messages in partnership with product merchandising to bring Banana Republic's premium product to life. Be a critical contributor to seasonal omni asset planning applying strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Support the team on the development of Email, Site, Packaging, Naming and Signage briefs that deliver thoughtful consumer insights, product details, and zeitgeist trends to achieve brand storytelling objectives. Help to optimize tools and templates within the Brand Marketing organization and serve as the key owner of updating key calendars and roadmaps. Work cross-functionally with vehicle teams to put together thoughtful, cohesive activation plans for Banana Republic's brand and product campaigns. Be a resource for seasonal product knowledge for the women's division by developing relationships with merchandise and design, staying abreast of in-season product changes, and maintaining and updating relevant reference documents.WHO YOU ARE
3+ years brand marketing strategy, planning and communications experience with fashion/apparel, consumer brand and/or marketing agency Knowledge about the fashion industry, current apparel trends and a passion for product storytelling Deep cultural awareness with a strong understanding of consumer mindset and its impact on product marketing Ability to influence cross functional partners and comfortable presenting consistently to the Senior Leadership team Experience managing a direct report, with a passion for developing others Self-starter with an innate sense of curiosity and eagerness to dive into multiple projects and have the strong ability to prioritize Team player with strong people skills who can foster dynamic relationships and work collaboratively with cross functional team members, including but not limited to: Merchandising, Inventory Management, Editorial, Creative, Digital, Social, Email, Brand Experiences, E-comm, Consumer Insights Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment and comfortable dealing with new situations and ambiguity Flexible, incredibly detail-oriented, organized and has the ability to meet/stay on deadlines; proficient in PPT, Excel, Figma, Wrike, AirTable, Word and strong administrative skills Hungry to learn and grow within the BR Marketing team "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of•Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."Similar jobs in San Francisco, CA
