  • you'll own it end to end. The Role You'll own all of our marketing. Everything from writing a LinkedIn post to putting up a billboard is yours. We want someone scrappy, creative, and fast who treats marketing as a series of experiments
  • run a lot of them, double down on what works, kill what doesn't. This is a hands-on, do-it-yourself role, not a management role. You'll be executing daily, learning constantly, and building the playbook that our future marketing team runs on. What you'll own Content production
  • articles, blog posts, LinkedIn posts, and other written content that builds our brand and pipeline
SEO & GEO

  • dinners, events, billboards, and other creative, unconventional bets to get us in front of the right people The "boring but essential" stuff
  • consistent posting, newsletters, keeping our channels alive and on-brand Measurement
  • tracking what's working and reporting on it honestly so we know where to lean in You might be a fit if you Are a generalist who wants to touch everything, not specialize in one channel Are genuinely creative and love coming up with weird, sharp ideas
  • and have the discipline to ship the unglamorous stuff too Write well and quickly Are comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out with little direction Move fast, are data-curious, and want to own outcomes Are early in your career but hungry to punch above your level Nice to have (not required) Prior startup or founding-team experience Experience with SEO tools, content workflows, or running paid/organic experiments A portfolio of things you've made, written, or launched (even side projects) This is a founding role with real ownership and room to grow into a marketing leader as we scale.
Along with your application, send us a 2-3 minute video (Loom, phone, whatever) walking us through one thing you built or launched from scratch
  • where you had no playbook and figured it out yourself.
Show us the actual thing.
Tell us:
what it was, why you made it, how you used AI or automation to move faster, and one part you deliberately did not automate because it needed a human touch. Rough and real beats polished and generic.
